Technical note about the E-Cards-Extension

Not all TYPO3 extensions are always compatible with the newly released TYPO3 LTS core versions, and unfortunately this e-card extension is no exception. According to the TYPO3 Extension Repository, the last official adaptation was made for TYPO3 6.2. In order to also use it in TYPO3 7 LTS, we made a compatibility adaptation ourselves.
