Hint

The quick reference was created to accompany the TYPO3 videos and is therefore fitted to TYPO3 version 4.2 which is not supported anymore. If you are looking for a newer written instruction for TYPO3, we recommend the TYPO3 online help which refers to the current long term support version 4.5, but is available in German only.

Basics

For all tasks where we show the Module [Page], you can, of course, also use the Module [List]. Conversely, the Module [Page] cannot always substitute the Module [List], however.

Log in

Type URL of your domain in the browser >> add '/typo3' >> press [Enter] >> enter your [Username] and [Password] >> click [Log In] (cookies and popups need to be allowed)
